This precious old African statue is made out of beads, shells, cotton and wood. It was founded in the area of Cameroon and was used for traditional wedding ceremonies within their tribes. When you take a good look at the objects lap, you can see it is holding a box, which is made to store special personal belongings. This statue equals a relative high amount of money, since the special shells were used as a payment method back in that time.
